About: The Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG) is the global leader in live entertainment. ATG owns and operates close to 50 venues worldwide, is an internationally recognised and award-winning producer and operates a market leading theatre ticketing business.
Needs: ATG are rolling out a refurbishment programme to the ladies facilities within a number of UK theatres. The requirement is to increase the number of toilets and wash hand basins and thereby improve the experience of the female visitors to their theatres. The facilities had to remain open for each performance and be well presented throughout the refurbishment period.

Client: Ambassador Theatre Group

The TRS Service

TRS Construction Solutions Ltd. have had existing experience working at the New Theatre Oxford. The theatre is an interesting environment as we may have to interface with the theatre staff as well as production companies. Understanding the needs of the client is of paramount importance. We increased the number of toilets and wash hand basins and had to adjust the plumbing accordingly. New lighting and the installation of 2 new hand driers was the responsibility of our electrical partners. The curved wall in the wash hand basin area made for a challenging job for the tilers. New cubicles, flooring and redecoration completed the project

Why TRS?

The theatre was open for the duration of the project so TRS Construction Solutions Ltd. had to adopt a flexible working approach. AMG did not want the experience of the audience to be affected and the works had to planned so ensure the toilet area was fully functional throughout. With the co-operation of our supply chain and ATG the project was delivered on time and on budget
