Dilapidation Works

TRS can provide a range of dilapidation requirements. We can repair or reinstate alterations that have been made by tenants returning a property back to its original state.

If you are coming to the end of a tenancy we can assess the current condition of a building, from the physical structure and systems to issues involving furnishings and general wear and tear. This will allow us to commence work as soon as the building is unoccupied, minimising the amount of time between tenants.
