Needs: Following the departure of the existing tenant completion was required urgently. The unit was required by one of the tenants already on site.

Our works included.

TRS Construction Solutions were required to:-
Remove an existing mezzanine floor
Represent the property by redecorating internally as well as painting the floor.
The toilet and wash hand basin was replaced and the electrics checked.
Externally the cladding was washed down and areas were power washed.
