About: CBRE offers a broad range of integrated services, including facilities, transaction and project management; property management; investment management; appraisal and valuation; property leasing; strategic consulting; property sales; mortgage services and development services.
Needs: Having represented the property, with the co-operation of our sister company TRS Roofing, the property had to be brought up to a lettable standard as quickly as possible to allow a new tenant to start moving in. It was important that, at worst, the programme was met or bettered.

Client: CBRE, Southampton


The TRS Service:

A print company was, initially moving in a press into the refurbished space. Basic services were a fundamental requirement and space was needed to be provided for a full company move. To facilitate this we had to:-
Create an internal office pod
New ceiling and lighting system
Heating and ventilation system
Electric, data and communications systems
New flooring, carpeting to the office space and vinyl to the kitchen and toilet
Install kitchen area
Install toilets in both the office and factory space
